When mini-splits are the right call
A homeowner in Richmond had a finished garage workshop that was unbearable from May through September. He’d been running a window unit in the door opening — loud, inefficient, only sort of worked. What we install and service
Single-zone and multi-zone systems — one outdoor unit can run multiple indoor heads if you’re conditioning several rooms. We do wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, and floor console units depending on the space and ceiling configuration.
Line set and electrical work included. We commission the system, verify refrigerant charge, and walk you through the remote or smart thermostat controls. We also service and repair existing mini-split systems — refrigerant, electrical, and controls.

Site assessment
We look at the space, figure out the right capacity and unit placement, and give you a written quote. Most spaces are assessed in about 30 minutes.
STEP 2
Installation
Indoor unit mounted, line set run through the wall, outdoor unit connected, electrical tied in. Single-zone installs are typically done in a half day.
STEP 3
Testing and walkthrough
We run the system in both heating and cooling modes, verify refrigerant charge and airflow, and walk you through the controls before leaving.
