Contact us to talk through options — we understand $7,500 is a significant expense and we want to help you find a path that works.

What warranty do I get on a new system?

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and model. We register the warranty for you after installation and walk you through what’s covered and for how long.

We handle the full scope of residential HVAC services. No commercial HVAC, no plumbing. Just heating and cooling, done right.

What the Richmond installation includes

The process is straightforward. Free assessment, load calculation, written equipment options, installation when you’re ready — usually in a single day.

We remove the old system and handle refrigerant recovery. Installation covers outdoor condenser, indoor air handler or coil, refrigerant lines, and electrical. After installation, we run full commissioning: refrigerant charge verified, electrical draw checked, airflow confirmed, thermostat programmed. We walk you through it before we leave. We also recommend scheduling an annual spring AC tune-up each year afterward to keep the new system running at peak performance and to satisfy the documented-maintenance requirements built into most manufacturer warranties.
