What the Craftsmanship Guarantee covers
This guarantee covers our work — everything our hands touch during your installation. If something we installed or modified fails because of how we installed it, we come back and make it right. Here’s exactly what that includes.
Everything we touch in your attic
Attic installs are where corners get cut in this industry, because nobody sees them. We guarantee every piece of our attic work — connections, supports, sealing, all of it. If we were up there and touched it, it’s covered.
Four feet of ductwork on each side of your unit
The duct connections closest to your system take the most stress and matter most for airflow. We guarantee the four feet of ductwork on each side of the unit — the transitions and connections we build and seal ourselves.
A level outdoor pad — guaranteed to stay that way
Kentucky clay shifts. A settling pad strains refrigerant lines and shortens the life of your condenser. We set your outdoor pad properly the first time, and we guarantee it stays level. If it doesn’t, we fix it.
A brand-new drain pan with every system
We don’t reuse old drain pans — ever. Every installation gets a new pan, and that pan is covered under this guarantee. It’s one of the cheapest parts of an install and one of the most expensive things to ignore, because a failed pan means water in your ceiling.
The complete work area around your unit
Everything in the immediate area surrounding your unit — the connections, fittings, and finish work in our installation zone — is covered. If it’s part of how we put your system in, we stand behind it.

Most HVAC companies hand you the factory warranty and call it a day. We’ve been doing this in Madison County for nearly two decades, and we’ve seen what bad installs do to good equipment — crushed ducts, sloping pads, reused pans that fail in year three.

What about the unit itself?
Your equipment — the furnace, heat pump, or air conditioner itself — is covered separately by the manufacturer’s factory warranty. Brands like Day & Night, Goodman, Trane, and Rheem back their own equipment, and we register your factory warranty for you at install so you never have to think about it.
The Craftsmanship Guarantee covers the half of the job the factory can’t: the installation. Industry data is consistent on this — how a system is installed matters as much as what’s in the box. That’s the part we put our name on.
Plus a 1-year parts and labor guarantee

Does the Craftsmanship Guarantee cost extra?
No. It’s included with every system Next Level Heating and Air installs, automatically. It’s on your invoice the day of your install.
Does it cover my furnace or AC unit itself?
The equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s factory warranty, which we register for you. Our guarantee covers everything else — the workmanship: attic work, the four feet of ductwork on each side of the unit, the outdoor pad, the new drain pan, and the complete work area around your system.
How long does the Next Level Craftsman guarantee last?
For the lifetime of the unit, as long as you’re the original homeowner living in the home. The first year also includes full parts and labor coverage.
What do I do if I have a problem?

Does the guarantee transfer if I sell my home?
