You approve the work before we touch anything. If the repair doesn’t make financial sense — say, a 15-year-old system facing a major compressor repair — we’ll tell you that honestly and explain your options.
AC Installation & Replacement
Replacing an air conditioner is a long-term decision. Get the sizing wrong — oversized or undersized — and you’ll feel it every summer for 15 years. We use a proper load calculation on every installation, not a square footage estimate. Old unit is removed and disposed of. System is fully commissioned before we leave.

Ductless Mini-Split Systems
Garages, sunrooms, bonus rooms, older homes without ductwork — mini-splits solve the spaces that central AC can’t reach. One outdoor unit, one wall-mounted indoor head, a 3-inch hole through the wall. No major construction, no ductwork required. Independent climate control for that space, year-round.
We install Daikin primarily, along with Goodman and other major brands. Single-zone and multi-zone systems. Most installs are completed in a half day.
AC Tune-Up & Maintenance
Most summer breakdowns we respond to could have been caught in April during a $120 tune-up. A capacitor reading at 50% capacity, a coil that’s 60% blocked, a refrigerant charge that’s slightly low — none of these are expensive problems in the spring. All of them become expensive problems during a heat wave when every tech in Central Kentucky is already booked.
Spring AC tune-ups are $120 flat. We check refrigerant charge, capacitors and contactors, coil condition, condensate drain, blower motor, and thermostat calibration. Written report after every visit, which also satisfies most manufacturer warranty requirements.
